Miss Butterfly’s Face Painting is the sole owner of any information collected and does not sell or share your information with others.
Information Collection and Use:
When making a booking or enquiry via our website, email or any other platform we may collect personal information. This information is stored in our databases and used only by Miss Butterfly’s Face Painting.
Information collected may include, but is not limited to: full name, organisation name, billing address, phone number, email address, event details (address, activities, number of children, event type, name and age of the birthday child, where you found us), and any other information applicable to a particular booking.
Collected information is used to create quotes, help you find packages, check availability, check travel zones, create bookings, create and send invoices, send emails in association with your bookings, and other related tasks. Information provided is also used by Miss Butterfly’s Face Painting to analyse booking trends and statistics.
Information collected in association with a booking is accessible by Vanessa (owner of Miss Butterfly’s Face Painting who takes the bookings) and the staff member of Miss Butterfly’s Face Painting attending the booking.
Our website () has a members only area where you can view your personal information, upcoming bookings and past bookings. This information is only accessible when creating an account or logging into an account with the same email address provided when making the booking.
An account can be made using a Facebook account, Google account, or email address. Miss Butterfly’s Face Painting does not have access to any information associated with these accounts or any passwords used. Please see the privacy policies of Facebook and Google for information about how they may use your information.
Photographs taken by staff members of Miss Butterfly’s Face Painting:
As part of our services we take photographs of the children and adults participating in activities run by Miss Butterfly’s Face Painting. When booking with Miss Butterfly’s Face Painting you (the client) agree that everyone at your booking consents to allowing us to take photos and upload them to our website and social media accounts.
Photos of bookings are uploaded to our website () in a folder entitled the name of the event (e.g. Sam’s 4th Birthday). Individual photos do not include personal information (e.g. the name of the child in the photo). We do have the option of password protecting event albums so only the client can access and view them.
Photographs taken at events may also by used for marketing and/or social media purposes. No personal information about the person/people in the photo or the event the photos where taken at is included in these circumstances.
We do our best to ask every child if they wish to have their photo taken, but it is ultimately the responsibility of the client (person or company that made the booking) to agree or disagree to photography and the upload of these photos.
If you do not wish to have photographs taken at your booking, or would like your photos password protect on our website please contact us before your booking.
